Marketing Checklist
Build websites almost instantly with CARRD. Ideal for landing pages, new shows and testing ideas super quickly (Cost: less than £20 per year)
Use Canva for creating all marketing, logos, programmes, images, videos...everything! (Cost: free)
Add Beam Analytics to measure the success of your websites. Just copy and paste a small piece of code (takes 5 seconds) and see how many users go to the page and what they click on and where they came from. (Cost: Free)
Inviting Critics & Bloggers
Steve's Big List of Critics and Theatre Reviewers - validated and checked. These reviewers are accredited by the Offies; the off West-End awards show.
Contracts / Production
Lighting cues are named LX. Sound cues are named SX.
Ensure your music for the show is stored in a folder on One Drive or GDrive and also backed up onto a USB
Prefix the music with the order such as 1-trackname
Ensure sound effects for the show are stored in a folder on One Drive or GDrive and named appropriately with an order prefix such 1-wolf howl, 2-bell ringing
Remember to include a series of tracks for the audience to take their seats and await on the open
